- Vitrified Bonded Wheels are made of compounding glass material bonds, PCD, PCBN, Ceramics and have more excellent union than resin bond. They adjust the strength and performance of chip discharge as they give a change of porosity and organization.
They are used for grinding high precision machine parts (bearings, gears, tools and dies)m Semi-conductors, Ceramics, Cermets, PCD/PCBN cutting tools, etc.
