Product Information
RNC160A is a low-cost, high performance logarithmic amplifier to detect and control power levels in radar areas. The logarithmic amplifier integrates all necessary modules including main amplifier, limiter stages, PA and LPF on chip. These devices are designed to operate in the 60MHz to 260MHz frequency range, a wide dynamic range of 75dB makes the logarithmic amplifier useful in a variety of wireless applications. Excellent temperature stability is achieved over full range of -55℃～+85℃.
