Using non flammable insulation Mineral Wool(Glass Wool or Rock Wool), it produces sandwich panel for warehouses and factories where fire is mostly concerned.
Having 3 different sections, mineral wool cutting, panel making and piling+packing section, it is automatized to minimise manual work. Depend on the client's request, it could produce many different profile of sandwich panel and difference capacity.
Additionally, it would combine with other lines(EPS sandwich panel manufacturing line or polyurethane sandwich panel manufacturing line).

Since our foundation, we have made roll forming machines, insulated sandwich panel lines mainly for construction material production.
There are different production machines within roll forming machines, such as for producing deck plate(flooring), ceiling, wall, roof, gutters, end covers, extra construction materials and auto mobile parts. Applying this roll forming machine, we are also specialized in insulated sandwich panel lines using EPS boards, mineral wool boards and polyurethane.
