- For insulated ceilings and direct contact with insulation.
- The energy efficient fixture is used where housing is indirect contact with insulation.
Housing features
- Housing with thermal protector guards against misuse of insulation materials and improper lampings.
- Integral fluorescent magnetic or Electronic ballast for 13,18,26W Compact Fluorescent lamp.
- Juction box is listed for through branch circuit wiring and has seven 1/2" knockouts with true pre-outs slots.
- Four Romex pry-outs simplify romex installation
- Pry-installed bar hangers for span 24" and built-in nailers and T-bar.
- AIR-TITE housing prevents airflow attic and living areas.
Installation Feature
- 7 1/4" Height allows use in 2"x8" joist construction.
- Housing adjusts for ceilings up to 1" thick.
- Shipping insert protectors socket from paint overspray.
