Xon® Cleaning Roller
Xon® Cleaning Roller was especially developed for removing several chips on flat panel glass before attaching polarizing film on both sides of TFT-LCD glass, etc. Grooved parts which is consisted of hard skin provide efficient removal of glass cullets and any foreign matters strongly stuck on to a glass panel.
Innumerable micro-porous surface of Cleaning Roller is good for removing organic chips and stains, etc.
- Decrease clean-room space (about 30m2, Line length : ab. 22m to 6~7m)
- Takes no time for cleaning both side of LCD panel(TFT & C/F)
- Only required to stop the M/C to change rollers once at 3~6 weeks
