Advanced HID Lamp with high light efficiency
HID Lamp with color temperature (5000K) which is the most similar with natural light, is a cool light source which has stable light intensity and superb color balance function. It will help to display more clear and vivid image than other light sources. The long life time (about 2000hours) allows you to minimize the maintenance cost.

High-definition images without losing details.
Electronic and optical design techniques through 2 mega 1/3.2"CMOS camera which has high-visibility, high-resolution, high-definition and exclusive lenses for Mega pixel, enable to realize the high-definition image. And this high-definition image will help users to increase efficiency of labor.

Enforced portable functions under Mobile circumstance
Rechargeable built in Li-ion battery(duration 90minutes) and high-definiton XGA grade color TFT-LCD enable to get high-definition image under mobile circumstance. The battery would supply the stable power on the ground. In case of unused conditions, power for lamp and camera could be automatically disconnected. LCD power could be turned on/off through external button and the battery balance indicator allows user-friendliness.(Mobile Type only)

Easy image storage and file management.
Built in or external memory allows users to save the freeze and live images without PC. In addition, a screen which is divided into 16 enables easy to compare, analysis, move, delete and rename the images.

The most efficient image inspection can be easily accomplished by adjusting the focus knob(Far-Near) on camera as well as by adjusting the coarse and fine screw

Contact/non-contact inspection type
Moving coarse, fine screws after fixing the camera on stage viewer enable to inspect and object like microscopes. A contact inspection type using only a camera enables to inspect a finished product without sampling works as well.

Additional functions considering a product durability
Power saving functions - A cooling fan monitoring function will automatically turn off the lamp in case of stop working of fan to minimize the possible damages caused by heat. The Lamp and Camera will be automatically turned off in case of not using the device over 5 minutes. -will maximize the life time and quality of the product.

Stage Viewer(Optional)
Sample transformations could be prevented as delivering the light through Fiber Optic. In addition, newly adopted MID method enables to compare and analysis the live image and saved the images coincidentally.

De-focused images will be composited by focused images-Multi focusing function enables to bring some de-focused images into focus through composition.

Various measure option
A user can control the space and the length of standard rule on diversified marker bar. It enables to catch the characteristic of objects and lead to correct inspection. And a magnifier function allows users to inspect minute areas during inspection. Analysis for minute areas could be done through full screen view, partial or full magnification view.

Report Function
Measured data and modified images in software could be converted into Excel format. This Excel format will help users to prepare report easily.

Supporting standard image format
Measured images will be automatically saved based on standard format. So, these images could be opened at other edit programs.
