The Hamamatsu UV power meter is designed to measure absolute optical power in the UV to Vacuum UV region, in real time mode (mW/cm2) or integration mode (J/cm2). The sensor head employs a UV sensor (UV phototube) calibrated based on the NIST standard, allowing UV measurement with a high degree of accuracy and stability over extended periods of use. This UV power meter is ideal for monitoring and controlling the absolute quantity of UV light in various applications such as cleaning, sterilization, curing and semiconductor process which utilize excimer lamps or low-pressure mercury lamps.
