Product Information
Used in the load sensing system, the priority valve controls the oil flow to the power steering unit. Using only one gear pump, two functions, for example, steering and main controlling of the forklift is available.
It sends the oil to a general functioning part when steering unit is in the neutral position. During steering unit is in the operating position, it sends the oil to the power steering unit promptly.
Load sensing static steering systems need static priority valves, which have no oil flow in the LS connection when the steering unit is in neutral position.
Load sensing dynamic steering systems need dynamic priority valve, which have a constant oil flow in the LS connection from the priority valve to the steering unit even when the steering unit is in neutral position.
