Features
CAPMAXTM high pressure capillary lamps provide the ultraviolet radiation needed for a variety of applications. These high intensity UV line sources are specifically designed for printed circuit board exposure, television picture tube exposure and other photochemical applications that utilize mercury peaks between 350 and 600 nanometers.
EG&G ILC Q-Arc manufactures air cooled and water cooled lamps for all majore UV exposure systems. In addition, our OEM customers depend on EG&G ILC Q-Arc engineers to quickly bring their comcepts into reality fo rthe next generation of exposure systems.
