Features
This refers to all piles produced by weft using carded yarns.
You can arbitrarily select a polished or touch effect, depending on the fabric usage. while the improved coefficient of friction helps prevent the piles from falling out. It has come to have the softest touch among pile products, thanks to the recent development of micro BOA with extreme fineness - something that is impossible in Hi-Pile. Especially, it is advantageous for low-priced short piles from 4mm to 10mm. As it has warming effects with high air content, it can have added value when used in combination with other fabrics.
While yarn dyeing is generally used for BOA, sometimes DDF is used to ensure evenness or add a special physical property. It has emerged as an independent pile field through the continuous modification, improvement and development of fibers, and a production process that includes fabric blending with different physical properties, or mixed knitting of different yarns to express more than two properties at the same time.
