"plug & play" and "hot swap" on both Windows and Mac, thus it is compatible with any kinds of PC.
You can mount not only 5.25" IDE CD/CD-RW/DVD but also 3.5" IDE HDD / 3.5" Hard Rack into MyBox.
It supports a wide range of optical drives from CD-ROMs all the way up to DVD burners.
It is mainly used as optical storage device to store and transport data, to play CD or DVD media, and to create music CDs.
