Product Information

Features

The use of special manufacturing techniques results in highly porous charcoals that have surface areas of 300-2,000 square meters per gram. These so-called activated carbon are widely used to adsorb odorous or coloured substances from gases or liquids. Activated carbon works in two different ways. It can remove organic substances by absorbing them inside its sponge-like structure and/or by adsorbing them with chemical bonds.

Company introduction

Jayeon Science Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1979 to supply pyrolsis incinerators using discarded tires, that are normally burned as waste in spite of their being a valuable souce of high heat energy. It imperative that we maximize utilization of this potential energy source in energy dependent countries like Korea. Its result was the development of Waste Tires Pyrolsis Incinerator Plant.

One of the soutstanding merits of this system producting pyrolytic gasification from waste tires is to use it as heat sources in industrial factories.

The simplified process is like that with heat resulting from the combustion of waste tires, sludge from paper making plants, waste from leather processing plants and shoes plants and so on. Other waste heat sources can be continuously burner without additional heat sources, of course, initial firing will be made through an outside heat source.
