Characteristics
- For production of toothpastes, this system consists of a dispersion mixer, a paddle mixer, a scrapper mixer, and a circulation mixer, designed for homogenizing work; and, it can do mixing and grinding work without the paddle mixer.
- The homo mixer (or ultra mixer) is mounted at the bottom of the tank to carry out mixing and circulation of a product while performing homogenization, which brings about a more remarkable homogenizing result than any other methods do.
- The system has self-circulation function and drainage function and is able to meet demands for small-quantity production.
