Red Plum produces in chilly February, ready to welcome the new spring. The buds are soft pink and since ancient times, have been the theme of numerous works of literature and arts owing to its noble look and gentle scent. The Ume flower became the best among the Four Gracious Plants (plum, orchid, chrysanthemus and bamboo). Its spirit is like a virtuous man. The plum fruit has been treated as a precious food from long time age. The plum tree is also called Japanese apricot. However, the country of origin is China. Today it is mainly grown in the three countries of China, Korea, and Japan.

Company introduction: Gangsan Farm produces organic foods fermented in a traditional method and ripened in a pottery by using Sanyacho (wild grass growing in a mountain). Permitted in 1999, once equipped with the processing and manufacturing facilities, it first produced Songhwa Tea and Hongmaesil Tea.
