It is heated by 230˚C~280˚C of high temperature by setting the heater to both dies and cylinder, and then it is extrude and radizted to screw, The quality of cylinder and screw is nitriding steel, so there isn`t any deformation also under high temperature. It has a long life and excellent capacity of extrusion and radiation as well as to improve quality of product. Also, it won`t e necessary for worker to check if there is raw material in machine, as raw material which has already dried is automatically put into hopper.
