The motor core means iron core assembly which consist of a stator and rotor or amature.

The stator and rotor are made by electric steel sheet using the prepared in the core shape

to be laminated as thick as required.

Laminating works are previously done using various methods such a rivetting, welding and crating.

Recently, however it is done automatically at the same time when the tempered within a mold at angles of 72degree,90degree and 189degree by using an indexing method to prevent against variation in laminated right and left cores resulted from different thickness,difference in roundness in inside and outside diameter and rotor balance.
