Introduction
- The key component of lacquer is urushiol which matches 99% TUCDA, one of the components of the gallbladder of a bear. 60% of Korean lacquer sap is urushiol and the content is 10% bigger than lacquer tress in other countries. And its efficacy is superior than those in other countries.
- In particular, lacquer from Gangwon province is famous. According to Gogeumnokheombeob, a Chinese traditional medical book, the efficacy of lacquer can be found from Sui Dynasty. The second emperor, Yangdi, who had 134 concubines, used to eat Ikdasn. Ikdasn is known to make old people younger and its main ingredient is lacquer.
- Lacquer removes extravasated blood and clears blood. And it is also known to treat chronic gastritis, liver diseases such as fatty liver. Urushiol which causes lacquer poison kills bacteria. Lacquer keeps the body, hands and feet warm.

How to cook lacquer chicken and duck
- Prepare Korean native chicken
- Remove fat. Boil it in the pressure cooker with 400ml-750ml. (for 25-30 minutes)

- If you want to eat the chicken for taste, just put 400ml. For your health, put 800ml.
