AL: Sacrificial anodic corrosion control is the most fundamental process to fight against crevice corrosion propagated under coating, therefore, this technology were applied for the major steel constructions at sea environment of London. Aluminum and zinc are used for this purpose generally and aluminum are applied more than Zinc currently. Corrosion resistant life of aluminum is anticipated 30 years at sea normally. We use aluminum coating for ship body - Corrosion control of deck of warship by A-1: Deck asks anti corrosion, anti wear and non-slip properties. Aluminum is very good for corrosion protection,but can not work for anti wear and non-slip. We added hard ceramic powder( alumina powder) to provide anti wear and non-slip properties and new coating was developed to meet special requirement.
