SAM KUN CENTURY Co., Ltd has developed the world's first BWTS(Ballast Water Treatment System) of PLASMA Method named 'ARA PLASMA BWTS', and received Type Approval from the Ministry of Land, Transportation and Maritime Affairs of Korea last July. System is composed of 4 parts, Filter module, Plasma module, MPUV module, Controller. Filter module removes particles and microorganisms that are bigger than 50 um. Plasma module generates shock wave and it kills and damages microorganisms under 50 um. Medium Pressure UV module sterilizes the remained microorganisms by exposing UV-C ray.
Our system has lots of advantages as follows.
First, It is eco-friendly system, because there is no by-product and secondary pollutant.
Second, Back-flushing performance of Filter is powerful with high pressure pump.
Third, Exceptional performance of PLASMA module in not only dirty condition like high level of turbidity but also fresh water. Fourth, In side of BWTS was coated by PE(Polyethylene), so it has powerful durability of seawater.
In addition, our system is easy installation & maintenance & operation to Newly constructed & existing vessel.
