Simplest of user instructions

1. Place reflection of eyes in center of mirror
2. Move head toward camera while looking at LED indicator
   - Blue -- too far away
   - Red -- too close
   - Green -- OK
3. Squeeze eyes open to avoid occlusion while indicator is green
