Water Pump Body

l Use l
The body of module that is assembled in the engine cylinder block and cools the engine by circulating the cooling water from radiator using the power transmitted from the crank shaft.

l Technological features l

1. Micro remnant of sand core is removed by open-type structure.
2. Cost saving with removal of independent sand-removal process
3. Removal of immersion process with application of bubble-less casting, resulting in cost saving

l Range of Possible Development l

1. Outside diameter (mm): 0.38~0.43
2. Use: No turbulence chamber for manual/automatic vehicles → Block-insertion type housing
3. Post process (finished goods): Gravity mold casting → Mechanical processing → Pin caulking → Modulation
