2400/STC-2250 are thermal conductive tapes with double faced adhesion function consisted of ceramic particles, de-compressive acrylic agent & flame retardant agent.
Thermal Conductive Tape STC-2250 is an product of excellence well proven with applications in world major electronic products & systems.
Innovative alternative product supplementing the weakness of Silicon Heat Radiating Thermal Rubber Sheet and Thermal Grease.
Thermal Grease, requiring mechanical processing on the PCB in order to prevent the overflowing due to unavailability of adhesive property, is difficult to process the surface because of tight space incurred by high component integration of PCB.
Silicon Heat Radiating Thermal Rubber Sheet requires to fasten with bolt & nut due to unavailability of adhesive property, however, the Heat Radiating (Thermally Conductive) Tape requires no fastening of bolt & nut thanks to the double faced adhesive tape greatly improving the work efficiencies at the assembly lines.
