Jaw Crusher Introduction:
Jaw crusher is one of the most commonly used crushing and grinding equipments in ore and rock processing industry, mainly for medium breaking and fine breaking of all materials with the compressive strength no more than 320 Mpa. Jaw Crusher Structure Composition:
Jaw crusher is mainly composed of frame, eccentric shaft, big pulley, flywheel, movable jaw, side guard board,Liner plates ,the back seat, adjustable screw, reposition spring, fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate, liner plate can work as an insurance composition.
Jaw Crusher Structural Features:
Jaw crusher is made of high strength manganese steel, once-moulding casted, and has many advantages of wear-resistant, pressure-resistant and long service life.
It is mainly used for breaking large, medium and small stones and corresponding objects.
Jaw Crusher Working Principles：
Jaw crusher is powered by a electromotor. Through the belt pulleys of the electromotor, the eccentric shaft is driven by the triangle belt and groove wheel, thus to make the movable jaw do reciprocating motion according to predetermined tracks. This process will break the objects entered into the crushing cavity. The crushing cavity is constructed by fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate and side guard plate. The finished materials are discharged through the discharge outlet at lower part.
