Product Information
Generally these lamps are used for high-resolution film exposures and in photo-polymerization process, Such processes are, for example, the exposure of diazo materials, microfilms, offset plates and screen coatings but also the exposure of coating films and photo-resistant materials in the production of circuit boards.
Metal Halider are mercury lamps that have been adjusted to the spectral sensitivity of photo materials by adding metal halides.
The quality of metal halide is seen in a long service life, short exposure times, small variations in exposure time during the life of the lamp and reliable ignition.
A quartz material is used for the lamps that absorbs uv radiation and prevents the formation of ozone.
