Product Information
After the French fries are fried up, Brandon's FW French fries bagging station helps you organize & tidy up your bagging process.
Draining excess oil: this can be done by scooping the French fries in our bagging station. Excess oil will go down the perforations of the tank.
Adding salt: our FW has slanted shelf for the positioning of sale dredger.
Temperature holding: our special infra-red light bulbs (total 1.9 KW ) ensures that French fries be kept at 75°C. The chips can be preserved for longer time, and crispy too.
- Special design wire rack: any fall off chips slide along sloped panel and back to the tank. No waste!
- There are perforations at the tank to sieve away excess oil on French fries.
- The tank perforations are of rectangular slots, on which a partition panel can be installed. It enables operators to separate different types of food (such as onion ring), thus you can use the same dumping pan for different types of fried food. No need to buy another piece of dumping pan.
- Regardless of the actual position of the fryer, the accessories of the bagging station such as the rack, sloped panel, the upright glass panel etc. can be positioned left or right to fit the position of the fryer.
- The unit comes with heavy duty casters. Two with brakes.
