Cable recycling machine is the equipment to crush scrap copper wires so as to completely separate waste copper wire and plastic. The Classification of Cable Recycling Machine:

In general, cable recycling machine can be divided into dry type cable recycling machine and wet type cable recycling machine.

1.Dry Type Cable Recycling Machine

The so-called dry type cable recycling machine refers to the sorting method which do not use water during the separation process. Cable recycling machine mainly uses the air separator, air table or electrostatic sorting, which is environmentally friendly. The main process is: crushing - airflow separation - (electrostatic separation) - dust (electrostatic separation is rarely used now).

2.Wet Type Cable Recycling Machine

Wet separation is the traditional methods. This separation method is mainly derived from ore dressing process. It mainly uses gravity table separation. The main process is: crushing (and adding water) - gravity concentrator (adding water).Because water should be added in the production process, it causes secondary pollution of the environment, but it can effectively recover the miscellaneous line, plug line and filament line, which has wider applications.
