Product Information
1. Self sealing bonnet: The design was adopted between the bonnet and valve body is self sealing structure design. Within the scope of the allowable pressure, fluid pressure is higher, sealing the closer.
2. Special Back Sealing Design: The special back sealing structure between the valve stem and valve bonnet adopts three O-Ring sealing design. Compared with the packing seal structure that adopted by the traditional gate valves, the three O-Ring sealing design has a better sealing performance and can reduce friction significantly. This kind of valves equipped with valve stem safety lock function, which can ensure the valve stem will not be rushed out by the pressure in the process of operation and maintenance, avoiding causing injuries.
3.Simple structure: Its compact structure reduce more 60 mm- 300 mm maximum working height than traditional gate valves and save installation space. The valve body was made of nodular cast iron materials, so the weight reduces about 20% -30%, compared with traditional gate valves, which is easy to be installed and maintained.
4.Rubber coating valve Core Adopting the latest high-performance rubber and vulcanized technology, the ductile iron skeleton was coated by high-quality rubber both inside and outside. The rubber has a good elastic memory , fit closely with the nodular cast iron material, therefore it can isolate the valve core metal from the fluid completely, then avoid the metal be corroded.
5. One-piece copper nut The copper nut of the valve core is connected tightly with the ductile iron skeleton by using special technology to ensure that it will not loose and fall under running water and prolonged operation and avoid to cause the valves' control failure.
6. Flat type valve disc Our resilient-seated gate valve adopts direct full-flow design at whole base, which is equivalent to a straight pipeline and it will prevent sundries from accumulating, which guarantees the valves have a reliable sealing performance and keep the fluid flow smoothly .
7. Food grade hygiene requirements The inner of the valve body is printed with non-toxic epoxy powder and the whole valve core is coated with rubber, so there will be no rusty water and corrosion phenomenon, therefore this kind of gate valves can be directly used for domestic and drinking water system and food and pharmaceutical industries.
