High Bond Strength CSA Tile Adhesive Cement
CSA Binder is one of the essential materials for High bond strength CSA tile adhesive. mixed with Portland cement, other inorganic silicate
materials and additive agent in a appropriate proportion, which can make tile adhesive has higher bond strength than made of Portland cement onlu. There have two types of CSA tile adhesive, W-I for interior and ourdoor tile adhesive, and type for floor tiles installation.
Characteristics CSA binder has when be applied in tile adhesive production:
1.High early strength and bond
strength. Walking and crack-sealing
after 2 hours in normal temperature.
2.Reduce working procedures. Using this
product achieves efficiency result without immersing.
3.Water resistance strength and
freezing-thaw resistance strength are better than Portland cement.
4.It has excellent water retaining
property. The adhesive layer is thin and homogeneous.
5.It has good hydration under low
temperature, and could be used under negative temperature according to our
direction.
6.Avoid cracking, falling off and breaking.
7.Without toxic, smell, pollution and
radioactivity.

1.CSA Tile Adhesive make it ideal for
bonding ceramic tile, fictile, slab-stone, floor tile etc.
2.Can be used in cold area and icehouse
etc.
3.Can be used to bond concrete wall and
stone, the same as poly-board.
Tips of Usage
Special crack sealer agent should be used when
filling the slot.
When working on slab-stone with size over
600×600×20mm,the uprightness is better for lower than 6m. Reinforcement is
needed when over 6m.
Dosage Estimate
1.5-1.7kg/m2×mm(thickness).
Packing and Storage
Pack with 25kg bags.
"Polar Bear" Tile Adhesive should
be stored in dry environment, and it can be stored for at least 6 months with
original package.
