Samarium cobalt magnet is a kind of rare earth magnets, is made from samarium, cobalt and other rare earth metal materials. Successful development in 1970, samarium cobalt magnet is the second strong magnets, the magnetic has higher maximum magnetic energy product (BHmax), high coercivity, fragile, easy to crack. Samarium cobalt magnet maximum magnetic energy product range from 9 MGOe to 31 MGOe. There are two kinds of samarium cobalt magnet composition ratio, at present there are mainly SmCo5 and Sm2Co17 two ingredients, respectively (samarium atom: cobalt atoms) 1:5 and ourselves. For example, the maximum magnetic energy of alloy product of 26 MGOe, coercivity is 9750 oersted, Curie temperature of 825 ° C, the highest working temperature of 350 ° C.
