Application:
The machine is specially designed for packing rounds soaps
with pleats. It is suitable for round hotel soaps with weight 10-80g and the
diameter 40-60mm( And we also can supply
made-to-order machine as the soap diameter from 60~70mm). It can work by
one worker or can be matched to the soap production line. You only need change
moulds as per different soaps.

1. The machine is using cam-driving design, steady functions,
and high packing speed which is about 3-4 times than manual soap pleating
machines.

setup the parameters quickly and conveniently.
