1. Product Specifications/Features
Working principle:
BXC transfer bogie is powered by battery. The battery
supply power to the DC motor, which is installed inside of cart body. Through
the order of start, stop, forward, back, speed governing, etc., electrical
control system command the order to DC motor to drive transfer bogie working.
Structure:
The transfer bogie is constituted by the cart frame,
lifting hole, storage battery, wheels, driving wheel system, driven wheel set,
motor, gear reducer and safety device etc. The safety devices are the warning
light, emergency stop button, proximity switch, rail sweeper, brake and
proximity system, warning stripe, buffer, limit switch and Dead-man control.
Advantage:
the running distance is unlimited, the running speed is
adjustable, the battery can be repaired, the structure is well-compact, and the
car has no special requirements for the track.
Application:
In logistics industry, transfer bogie can work in
condition of recycle circuit, turning path, cross rails, PLC control and
designated dock. It can increase capacity and fix traveling path when traveling
on rail. It can be used PLC controlled transfer bogie, which is save labor
cost.

1. Q: What term of payment do you accept?
A: For the first time we cooperate, we accept 50% T/T as depoist, 50% T/T before delivery. For the return customer, we could deal with 30% T/T as depoist, 70% T/T before delivery. Also, we accept L/C.
