For large product’s volumes and more viscous and thick
paints and pastes we propose dissolvers with a hydraulic lifting device.
One-stand dissolver. The power of the main engine is
18, 22, 30 or 37 kW, 380 V. for removable bowls from 500 to 1500 liters. It is
carried out in both, general industrial and explosion-proof designs. This type
of dissolver is with a hydraulic lifting of the traverse on which the tool
shaft and cover are fixed. All parts that contact with the material are made of
stainless steel. The speed is adjustable from 0 to 1500 rpm. Dissolver is provided with a frequency
converter. Stainless steel milling cutter, adjustable underfoot for the bowl,
universal lid on the bowl, with a loading hatch is included in the basic package.
A cover with a closing hatch is needed to reduce dustiness in the shop. It is
also possible to equip with another interchangeable tool, for example:
propeller-type mixers, butterfly, etc.
For viscous products (putty, plaster) we offer dissolvers
with two shafts: one of which will have a speed cutter with speeds from 0 to
1500 rev.per min., And on the other we’ll install an anchor type anchor with
cleaning elements with a speed of 10-30 vol. Min., or a mixer of another
design.
For a better grinding of viscous products, we offer a dissolver with three shafts: a milling cutter with a speed of 0 to 1500 rpm. Min, slow-moving stirrer anchor type with wall cleaning elements or orbital type (with one scraper) with a speed of 10-30 vol. Min., And a side high-speed mixer such as a butterfly, fan, etc. with a speed of 120-140 vol. Min. It is possible to produce a dissolver, providing vacuum in the working area of the bowl. The basic equipment of one / two / three-piece dissolver includes: one / two / three shafts with a milling cutter, an anchor type mixer and a high-speed stirrer - with three-shaft design, a frequency converter, adjustable thrust support, a bowl holder, hatch for loading materials or without it and bowl of the corresponding volume.
