Dyna Extor(L) II is a side type external fixation system which can be converted to Hybrid system by replacing a clamp with a circular ring. Adjustable lengthening bar, made of light-weight aluminum(A7075BD), is 195mm in length and 19mm in diameter. Distraction and compression is achieved by turning hex-nut at the end of bar. one turn advances 1mm within maxium range of 60mm and the amount of movement is displayed through the circular window. 
Clamp can hold two or three 5~6mm pin screws. ideal pin screw position is compromised by 4 degree of freedoms in each clamp; translating and rotating 360 degrees along the bar and rotating 90 and 360 degrees with respect to the other two axes. 
Serration is adapter to two rotation interfaces to secure it as a solid assembled body.
