Thermo Transfer Film for Curved Surfaces• To make natural wooden effect with various patterns and colors on MDF, this product is made through

processes of printing on PVC film, and transfer by membrane press machine, and removing PVC film, and painting process on surface.

1. Product Characteristics◆ Environment Friendly Product
 - Applied to MDF made of recycled sawdust or scrubs.
 - Existing widely applied [Deco Sheet] is free of poisonous materials.

 - Our products can be transferred onto MDF flat surface, NC area (Upto10mm), and edge part at the same time.
◆ Possible expressions of various designs and colors.
 - we have about 2,000 different designs.
 - Custom colors are welcomed.

2. Production Operationⓐ MDF Cutting and NC processing→ ⓑ Sanding→ ⓒ Spray water bond→

ⓓ Dry (30 minutes at natural temperature)→ⓔ Transfer→
ⓕ Remove Base film (PVC)→ⓖ 1st Paint-Dry-Sanding-2nd Paint→
ⓗ Grinding→ⓘ 3rd Paint(For high-class furnitures)→ⓙ Dry(25~30℃, 6hours)→ⓚ Finish

3. Working Conditionⓐ Temperature : 90℃(summer)~130℃(winter)
ⓑ Time : 2 ~ 3 minutes (120 seconds ~ 180 seconds)
ⓒ Pressure : 2.5 ~ 3kg/cm2
ⓓ Machine : Membrane Press Machine

4. Product Specificationⓐ Half Width : PVC Film 90~100㎛*640mm*500m/Roll
ⓑ Full Width : PVC Film 90~100㎛*1280mm*250m/Roll

5 Caution ⓐ Coating- Must use non-Yellowing paint.
ⓑ Storage- Products should be stored in the cool (20~25℃) with no direct sunlight
