We have several stages of cleaning, detecting and purification during our
processing including metal-detector and sorting machine.
On specialized equipment at our production laboratory we check and control
content of gluten in millet and check result in Galab laboratory.

Greetings from Agrofirma "POLE" (Field) Ltd., a Ukrainian organic and conventional groats production company!
It is based in the city of Cherkassy, in a very heart of Ukraine.
Company was esteblished by Mr. Ivan Tomenko, progect and idea generator, in 2000.
Our star product is organic hulled millet gluten-free with which we have made our name on the European market.
Every year we produce approximately 5000 tons of organic hulled millet and about 3000 tons of conventional hulled millet which is exported to Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, France, Italy, Hungary, and other countries over the world.
We supply up to 50% of all European imported organic hulled millet.It is supplied for: baby-food producers, bakery needs, extrusion, flaking and puffing technologies, dietary food, confectionary needs, for retail packing.
Agrofirma Pole produces organic flour:
- organic flour from hulled millet,
- organic wholegrain millet flour,
- organic flour from high quality Ukrainian durum wheat (raw material for pasta). It is produced on a separate processing unit.
Also we offer a wide range of organic and conventional commodities, such as:
millet, wheat, durum wheat, barley, rapeseeds, lentils, peas, sunflower seeds, buckwheat, chickpeas, coriander seeds, flax seeds, oats, rye, mustard seeds and some others grains depending of current harvest.
