Product Information
The Characteristics of Main Frame
1) By using the patented linkage device, the slide is operated vertically. In this structure the nominal capacity can be produced in all stroke processes.
2) The shock produced during material cutting is absorbed through the linkage device. Therefore the entire machinery such as crank shaft is safe from the shock.
3) The frame is designed to improve the shortcomings of C-shape, made with sufficiently thick steel plate, and completely annealing-heat treated. Therefore no distortion occurs even after a long-time use.
4) The simple structure of the machine provides less breakdown and easy maintenance & repair.
5) A compulsory-circulation type lubrication method is adopted for slide gib and slip metal. Crank shaft and gear do not wear out over a long-time use because oil bath method is adopted.
6) The gravity center of the main frame is low and it can be installed on the ground floor. Therefore it is economical, eliminating the need for large-scale foundation construction
