DESCRIPTION
STARCOAT PL, is fine grade cement based finish plastering skimcoat which contains selected filler and additive used for smooth finishing to uneven wall cement based plaster and ceiling. After dry STARCOAT PL have a good adhesion to the substrate, no cracks, smooth, no dust on the surface and ready to be painted with water based paint. Easy to use, good workability and have a long pot life and correction time even at the outdoor applications.

ADVANTAGE

● Can be painted or finished with wallpaper directly after dry in minimum 24 hours without using PVA putty to leveling up
& filling uneven rough surface.
