Heat Transfer Vinyl for Laser Printing
Uni Laser Screen is a laser-printable clear carrier for screen printing. It can make delicate designs and gradation effect that regular screen printing material cannot describe.
Feature: High print definition, high
washability.
Roll spec: 33cm X 44m /roll
Material: Polyethylene
Thickness: 100 microns
Color: Clear
Transfer condition: 160˚C, 25 sec, cool peel
It is simple *film*.
Print the film in a laser printer and then screen-print it again as a finish.
[For light-colored fabric]
1) Print a mirror image on the matte side of the film in a laser printer. Do not forget to print pin points on upper/lower sides.
2) Apply CLEAR PASTE on the printed side. (to enhance washability)
3) Apply clear liquid hotmelt on it.
4) Dry for minutes.
5) Press the film onto the fabric.
[For dark-colored fabric]

2) Apply WHITE PASTE on the printed side. (to enhance washability)
3) Apply clear liquid hotmelt on it.
4) Dry for minutes.
5) Press the film onto the fabric.
