K-SuperRax® Tank Bottom High-shear Dispersering Machine
KTS-B Series
K-Super Reactor®, Tank bottom highshear disperser is a high performance dispersing machine with compact design and high shear
force and strong vortex flow, making it suitable for mixing and dispersing application materials impossible with conventional stirring
system. Unique versatility allows you to mix and distribute different batch sizes from a minimum of capacity.
The unique mixing rotor & stator, cutting impeller design utilizes advanced technology to provide high shear, excellent flow, agitation
and dispersion with a combination of optional impeller and rotor & stator for your sample.
Features
• Can be used under tank sealing to reduce air inflow and prevent contamination.
• Powder can be dispersed 100% in just a few minutes.
• Reduce the need for secondary agitation. Can be used simultaneously with anchor type stirrer with scraper under tank and other dispersing and stirring equipment
• Optimized for dispersing, stirring, and dissolving processes in pharmaceutical and food manufacturing processes and chemical industries that require high viscosity cosmetics / hygiene.
• Powder can be dispersed 100% in just a few minutes.
