Product overview
The WFA series are hoods of smooth movement that can be used where it is impracticable to install hoods in a fixed manner.
They feature flexible arm hoods that have external joints. Therefore, there is no air resistance inside the hoods, and the dust collection efficiency is high because impurities do not stick to ducts. In addition, they can be moved freely and smoothly. When they are fixed, they can be used conveniently, because they are fixed firmly with the strong force of the sturdy joints.
They are available in either a hanging type that can be installed at a high location, or a standing type that can be installed on a floor, so that users can select a type to meet site conditions.
Applications
- PVC Arm Hood: soldering work, removal of fume in laboratories, removal of dust and fine dust (workable temperature no higher than 80°C)
- STS(Stainless steel) Arm Hood: laboratories, welding, removal of oil mist, grinding, cutting, polishing, painting, and packaging
Low-noise operation based on external joint type
Because the joints are externally installed, air flow and discharge of impurities such as dust are not obstructed, and the noise is very low.
Powerful suction force based on external joint type
Because the joints are externally installed, impurities such as dust do not adhere to the inside of the duct, the suction force is high, and the product life is long.
Slot-shaped hood
Because the hood is slot-shaped, air flow is high, and resistance form turbulence can be controlled.
Circular thin-plate duct
Because the inside of the duct is based on the circular thin-plate design, the noise from air resistance is low, and the suction force is high.
Various duct materials to suit contaminants
The ducts are fabricated with material of high corrosion resistance such as SUS (stainless steel, 304), and PE (polyethylene) depending on the types of contaminants to be collected. Therefore, this product has high dust collection efficiency, and a long life.

This product can be moved freely and smoothly. When it is fixed, it can be used conveniently, because it is fixed firmly with the strong force of the sturdy joints.
