• Procedure
① Extract the swab specimens carefully in the extraction buffer soln. as shown in the figure below.
② Rotate the swab several times, and slowly remove the swab while squeezing from the sides of the tube.
③ After putting the new filter nozzle cap on the tube, apply 4 drops(100 μL) into the sample well of the test device by holding the tube vertically downward direction.
④ Read the results at 15 minutes. Do not read the test results after 15 minutes.
