How to sharpen a knife

Step 1. Just put the knife blade obliquely to the rough surface which has grid pattern.

Step2. Then push and pull the knife 9 to 10 times

Step3. Turn over the knife so that opposite side blade can be put the rough surface as well.

Step4. Then push and pull the knife 9 to 10 times again

Step5. Please repeat above process to the soft surface which has no pattern for finishing
