Cacao Powder and Nibs
We
are committed to supply “Criollo” variety cacao directly from the Huanuco
region of Peru. Having secured land within the cacao growing rainforest this
year we will have 10 tonnes of our own raw organic cacao ready to be delivered
by the autumn of 2016. The plan is to increase our yield to 28 tonnes per year
by 2018.
Besides
our own grown cacao, we have established relationships with farmers and leaders
of local communities from which to source raw cacao as well as established and
recognized cacao processing plants.
We are supplying a number of food manufacturing clients with organic & conventional cacao powder, nibs, butter and liquor. We have significant technical expertise within out team who can help with product development.
Our products are currently retailing in Wholefoods Market in the UK where the brand is performing strongly.

Selva Organic Foods Ltd is a supplier of highly nutritional superfoods and wholefoods.
We have been involved with the growing, sourcing, processing, packaging and marketing superfoods since 2013 and ultimately aim to offer any specification and quantity of Peruvian superfoods as well as other superfoods from around the world.
We run farming and processing operations out of Peru, where we are in the position of being the only UK superfoods supplier which is directly responsible for every step in the supply chain for certain products (i.e maca, chia and cacao).

Our goal is to supply affordable, high quality, superfoods directly from Peru to the worldwide market.
In order to achieve this goal Selva Organic has a 4-point plan:
· Continuing to secure further farming locations for maca, cacao, chia amongst other superfood crops throughout Peru as well as constantly searching for nutrient rich products from around the globe to add to our catalogue.
· Increasing our presence in the UK market in 2016, by partnering with strategic clients.
· To leverage our cost advantage as producers. We aim to make our products as affordable as possible for consumers without ever compromising on quality.
· To contribute a percentage of our profits to organizations which will have a positive impact on the farming communities with which we work.
