Product Information
Peeled and crushed from whole cacao beans, Cocoa Nibs sweetened
with Yacon are a rich source of nutrients and minerals.. Our Cocoa Nibs are
mixed with the highly nutritious Yacon root resulting in a delicious
combination of superfoods to satisfy those chocolate cravings.
Our Cocoa Nibs are derived from original Criollo Amazonico
Cacao from the Amazon rainforest of Peru.
Due to the quality of our low fermentation Criollo Cocoa
beans, and a processing method of cleaning and drying at low temperatures, our
Cocoa nibs maintain their rich chocolate flavour and their natural nutrient
content.
We mix our Cocoa nibs with Yacon, a sweet tuberous root with
proven nutritional benefits which grows in the central Andes of Peru. The
combination results in a delicious low sugar-sweet chocolate alternative.
Selva Organic Cocoa Nibs are certified organic, vegan and
gluten-free.
These nibs are available bulk in 1000kg pallets.

Selva Organic Foods Ltd is a supplier of highly nutritional superfoods and wholefoods.
We have been involved with the growing, sourcing, processing, packaging and marketing superfoods since 2013 and ultimately aim to offer any specification and quantity of Peruvian superfoods as well as other superfoods from around the world.
We run farming and processing operations out of Peru, where we are in the position of being the only UK superfoods supplier which is directly responsible for every step in the supply chain for certain products (i.e maca, chia and cacao).

Our goal is to supply affordable, high quality, superfoods directly from Peru to the worldwide market.
In order to achieve this goal Selva Organic has a 4-point plan:
· Continuing to secure further farming locations for maca, cacao, chia amongst other superfood crops throughout Peru as well as constantly searching for nutrient rich products from around the globe to add to our catalogue.
· Increasing our presence in the UK market in 2016, by partnering with strategic clients.
· To leverage our cost advantage as producers. We aim to make our products as affordable as possible for consumers without ever compromising on quality.
· To contribute a percentage of our profits to organizations which will have a positive impact on the farming communities with which we work.
