OPERATING SEQUENCE

| 1. Check whether isolated, drained and vented completely from all pressures before trying to open up the Closure. | 2. Attach the Ratchet Handle to the Gear Box after all the safety inspection for opening up the Closure is completed. Activate the Ratchet Handle and circulate the Locking Ring up to the Open location |
