Chenhua D-400 polyether amine is characterized by repeating units in the backbone. As shown by the representative structure, Chenhua D-400 polyether amine is a difunctional, primary amine with average molecular weight of about 400.The primary amine groups are located on secondary carbon atoms at the end of the aliphatic polyether chains.

Applications:

Chenhua D-400 polyether amine undergoes reactions typical of primary amines. As an epoxy curing agent, Chenhua D-400 amines leads to tough, clear, flexible, impact-resistant coatings,castings,and adhesives. In many cases, Chenhua D-400 amine is used in conjunction with other curing agents, conjunction with other curing agents, contributing flexibility to the finished product. As for nonepoxy applications Chenhua D-400 Amine finds use in polyurethane RIM, thermoplastic polyamide adhesives and ,as salts, in cutting fluids and fire retardants.

Flam retardant TCEP is mainly used in flame retardant of polyurethane soft and rigid foamed plastics, as well as petroleum additive. Due to its good plasticization, this product is widely used in cellulose acetate, nitrocellulose varnish, ethyl cellulose, PVC, polyvinyl acetate, polyurethane and phenolic resin. These products have self-extinguish ability, their physical properties are improved, and they feel soft. It is also called petroleum additive and extractant of rare-earth elements. Moreover, this is a main flame-retardant material to produce flame-retardant cables, anti-corrosion tarpaulin and flame-retardant rubber conveyer belts. Generally, its addition is 8-20%.
