Description
MSP as orthophosphates is white and odorless hygroscopic powder, crystal type
or granule.
Chemical Characteristic
Molecular formula : NaH2PO4
Molecular weight : 119.98
Food grade
Properties: same crystal structure as monopotassium phosphate
Dehydrated within molecular when heated around 170 - 210°C where it becomes Sodium
Acid Pyro Phosphate,
Becomes Sodium Poly-phosphate with condensation reaction when heated to above
260°C.

Recommended Usage / Applications
For foodstuff:
pH control for food manufacturing, acidity agent of baking powder, restoration
and binder of meat, fluxing agent of cheese, and stabilizer of diary products
For industries:
anticorrosion agent, electroplating, metal surface treatment, water treatment,
dying agent, buffering agent of organic synthesis, and inorganic matter provider
for animal fodder
Amount used:
0.3 - 1% of weight of processed products (3 ~ 10 g/Kg)
Storage
After opening the product, please seal it tightly and keep it in a dry place because it is highly hygroscopic.
