PRIMARY BAG FILTER
& DRY CYCONE It is a simple and inexpensive average efficiency cyclone dust collector. Include on the chassis in addition to the small cone unit and exhaust fan/stack is a variable impactor to knock out coarse dust particles, which are then returned to the hot elevator with finer dust from the small cones. Alternatively, the small cone dust can be fed to the fines silo. |

COLD FEEDER All bins are equipped with adjustable gates and the belt feeders can be fitted with either fixed or variable speed drives can be supplemented by total and proportional controls for greater flexibility and accuracy of operation. |

CONTROL The fully automatic control carries out automatic weighing recording, statistical control by date, week, month and year, discharge and inventory control by composition, mixing rate control and analysis by customer, automation of discharge ordering and prevention of incorrect discharge, factory automation and delivery control automation. |
