The SK2R-Rubber Seated BI-Directional Knife Gate Valve
The SK2R is the unique, patented rubber seated knife gate valve(Korean Patent No.0264259)
The seal is retained in mechanically dove tail groove, half moon shaped Relief Chamber underneath of rubber seat prevents excessive friction between gate and rubber seat and reduce operating torque and extend life of seat.
SK2R is available with the widest ra nge of seats in the industry including; Viton, EPDM, Hycar and this will give Bi-directional drip tight seat
Standard body material include 304, 316 and 317L stainless steel.
Special alloys such as 254SMO, 904L, Hastelloy 276 are also available.
Can be applied variety of acutation option, such as Penumatic Cylinder, Electric Motor, Bevel gear, Chain Wheel, Lever as well as Hand wheel.
