What is BGA?
BGA is for next generation miniaturized, light-weight and functional of product such as various electronic goods and communication appliances. Because solder ball play a role as lead of parts, many lead compositions are possible even if small parts. It is structured that chip on the surface and solder ball under the surface are molded on each designed circuit of both BT board.
